Overview

The patented Premium 10-Stage Water Filtration System allows you to easily change between tap water and filtered water as needed right at your kitchen sink. The cartridge works to filter organic and inorganic contaminants while keeping inert and desirable minerals like magnesium and potassium.

This system is easy to install, taking just minutes to attach to your current faucet. A thin hose (included) with a round adapter threads onto your existing faucet. Water can either flow out the faucet or to the filter, depending on how you rotate the switch on the adapter. Each cartridge can filter 1,500 gallons of water before it's time to replace - enough to last one year for a family of 4.

The 10 Stage Filtration System has been extensively tested by an EPA approved lab, which is certified to do filter testing and tests to the same EPA protocols as the National Sanitation Foundation. In 2001, the filter was granted a Use Patent.

Stages of Filtration:

• 5 Micron Pad Polishing stage to filter for sparkling clarity
• Ion Exchange Fibers stage to protect against heavy metals such as copper, mercury and lead
• Activated Carbon (non-washed) & Activated Carbon (washed) stages to remove chlorine, chlorine taste, odor, TTHM’s, pesticides, herbicides and many other organic pollutant
• Anion Exchange Resin & Inorganic Component stages remove phosphate and sulphate anions that can interfere with effective removal of arsenic. These stages removes inorganic arsenic
• Cation Exchange Resin in H+ Form & Cation Exchange Resin in H+ Form will remove heavy metals such as copper, mercury and lead
• Silver-impregnated Activated Carbon (Acid Washed) stage removes cancer causing organic contaminants and creates a bacteriostatic environment
• 50 Micron Pad Traps larger solids such as a rust

Using the 10-Stage Countertop Water Filtration System:

For use on municipal tap water only. Do not use on water that is microbiologically unsafe. 

If you run hot water through the 10 Stage Filter, it will dramatically shorten the life of the filter and has the chance of damaging the filtering ability. Inadvertently running a few seconds of hot water will not damage the filter.
