Overview

Concentrated Compost (2-2-2) provides the benefits of a nutrient rich compost in a concentrated dry form. It is a dried and screened soil amendment that is both a high quality compost and an organic fertilizer. Organic compost fertilizer replenishes the soil with stabilized organic matter, beneficial microorganisms, and essential nutrients required for healthy plant growth. Use Concentrated Compost to improve garden soils, potting mixes and to rebuild depleted soils.

Coverage & Application Rates:

Apply organic compost fertilizer at the beginning of the growing season or once every three months. 1 cup = 0.3 lb of Concentrated Compost.

New Garden Bed Preparation: Apply 2 cups of concentrated organic fertilizer for every 10 square feet of bed space or 6 lbs per 100 square feet. Dig into the top 4 inches of soil.

Row Planting: Apply 2 cups for every 10 ft. of row space.

Individual Plants: Apply 1/2 cup into the hole prior to planting transplants or around the base of the plant for established plants.

Total Nitrogen (N): 2%. Water-insoluble Nitrogen: 1.6%.
Available Phosphorous (P): 2%
Soluble Potassium (K): 2%
Calcium: 4%
Magnesium: 1%
Sulfur: 1%
Iron: 0.5%
Manganese: 0.05%
Zinc: 0.05%

Contains 10% Humic acid and 60% organic matter from from aerobically composted turkey litter.

Contains 5,000 Colony Forming Units (CFU’s) per gram of the following species:
