Overview

Water passed through LifeSaver’s ultra filtration cartridge works to filter out viruses, bacteria, cysts and parasites from contaminated water sources. Purchase replacement LifeSaver ultra-filtration cartridges here. Water then passes through the optional activated carbon filter to remove chlorine, taste and odour removal.

Choosing Replacement Filters:

LifeSaver Filters have a minimum 3 year guarantee from the point of purchase from an approved retailer or channel partner. In good storage conditions and in the original packaging, the product shelf life can be extended beyond 5 years. Filters sealed in aluminium barrier foil have a shelf life of 10 years from the date of sale. 

• LifeSaver Jerrycan uses the 5-pack carbon replacement, sealed in aluminium foil, which can filter 500L per disc
• LifeSaver Cube uses the 3 or 6-pack carbon replacement, which can filter 100L per disc
• LifeSaver Liberty uses the 3-pack carbon replacement, which can filter 500L per disc

Filters should be stored out of direct sunlight and extremes of humidity and temperature. Storage temperatures should be within is -10°C/14°F and 50°C/122°F.
