This 4' wide x 2' deep cedar garden chalet is a small outdoor shed constructed from Western red cedar for long-lasting strength. It will help keep your tools, supplies and other backyard items organized and out of the way.
The garden chalet shed is equipped with two adjustable storage shelves on one side and a full-height space on the other, providing you with versatile storage options while conserving space.

Assembly:
Basic assembly is required and takes about four hours. All hardware is included and comes with illustrated step-by-step instructions.
This cedar garden shed naturally weathers to a light grey color. We recommend staining or painting your shed. Western red cedar wood accepts a wide range of finishes to help you customize the appearance of shed. Unlike pressure treated lumber, there are no toxic chemical preservatives used in its manufacturing. The floor frame now is Western red cedar, but plywood on top to walk on.

My wife wanted a nicer-looking storage unit to replace her two tall resin cabinets in our Florida lanai. We took two afternoons to assemble the "She-Shed" and then I treated the outside of the shed with two coats of a clear spar urethane -- as it dried it appeared more of a light amber instead of "clear." It turned out beautiful and the most important thing is my wife loves it! It was more difficult to put together than I originally had planned. I did need her help on a few parts -- like aligning the doors before I screwed in the hinges. But, overall the assembly was pretty straightforward.

This was fun to build for someone who enjoys putting things together. We really needed something small to add to our storage and we wanted it to look nice. We did have to sand down some edges to make everything fit, but it was pretty easy. We also painted the shed with some semi transparent outdoor wood paint. We are really happy with the way it turned out!
